Created by a like-minded group of current, retired and former US Air Force special agents dedicated to the idea that we can do more for the military families who have lost loved ones in the line of duty.
We are incorporated in the State of Texas (filing number 802575717) as a domestic non-profit corporation and designated as a public charity under IRS Code 501 (c) (3) (EIN 81-4412317).
We want to create, and maintain indefinitely, a legacy for our brothers and sisters in arms who made the ultimate sacrifice by raising money to purchase recreational properties and providing access to their families at no cost.
When the properties are not being utilized, they will be rented out with the proceeds used for overall maintenance of the property and all excess funds going back to the charity to purchase more properties. Our ultimate goal is to become self-sufficient and not totally dependent on constant fund-raising and other requests for assistance.
Short Term Goals
To establish a network of volunteers across the country willing to; help raise money, scout potential properties for purchase, organize other volunteers to help build or make necessary improvements or repairs to property we purchase, manage properties, and regularly speak to military friendly groups in order to accomplish our goals.
Long Term Goals
To acquire a large variety of recreational properties all over the United States that will; offer a variety of choices for leisure activities in places that might not otherwise be affordable by the families we serve, generate additional income to allow our organization to become self-sufficient and grow and further expand our efforts to assist all military families.
To seek out and do business with veteran-owned small businesses in everything we do.
To be the premier non-profit organization focused on the needs of military families.
