About Us

Created by a like-minded group of current, retired and former US Air Force special agents dedicated to the idea that we can do more for the military families who have lost loved ones in the line of duty.

We are incorporated in the State of Texas (filing number 802575717) as a domestic non-profit corporation and designated as a public charity under IRS Code 501 (c) (3) (EIN 81-4412317).

Our Mission

We want to create, and maintain indefinitely, a legacy for our brothers and sisters in arms who made the ultimate sacrifice by raising money to purchase recreational properties and providing access to their families at no cost.

When the properties are not being utilized, they will be rented out with the proceeds used for overall maintenance of the property and all excess funds going back to the charity to purchase more properties. Our ultimate goal is to become self-sufficient and not totally dependent on constant fund-raising and other requests for assistance.
